hg as a bugzilla?

We currently have a web-based bugzilla, we make submissions via hg..
The current web-based setup allows us to a record, put a comment in
the record and also we can search for the record.. thus allowing to
search or find the commit/changes..we're wanting to replace with hg
(making it more decentralised, without the need for webhosting),.
http://bugseverywhere.org/ (Doesn't allow multiline comments?, not
automated..allows adding, but doesnt automating editing records)
http://www.digitalgemstones.com/projects/b/ (Doesnt allow automation
or searching within comments)
http://code.google.com/p/mercurial-bugtracker-extension/ (haven't
tried this one yet)
So we're after a way to make multiple line "comments or notes" per
commit, and also search those comments and find thus finding the
commit... Is possible within hg itself ? or Anyone have any ideas?
