Mercurial integration available for SmartGit early access builds

SmartGit 3 early access builds now contain a basic Mercurial
integration, alongside of Git. The integration is still alpha, but it
should be sufficient for common tasks when working with Mercurial. We
appreciate any feedback regarding existing and possibly still missing
functionality:
