Mercurial Definitive guide is out of date. Plus obvious solution.

Hi,

As Idank pointed out, we have made some efforts at looking at revising The
Definitive Guide -- the current notes are on the Wiki page he linked. Also
at the recommendation of Matt, I have been poking through the mailing lists
and bts and trying to find other topics that should be on the list, but this
is a lot of data and I don't have a huge amount of time to devote to it.

Thus far I have not found anything else, so I am tempted to think we should
be ready to just start taking volunteers for the particular subjects and
also get the book moved to a server where we can update it. Initially the
plan was to submit changes back to Bryan O'Sullivan, but I have not heard
anything from him since the very first email I sent to him so I guess he is
not going to be involved.

I have also been in touch with O'Reilly to see if they would publish a
second edition of the book, but I still have not heard anything back.

Cheers,
Na'Tosha
