Fixed. I did a software update on the server yesterday which appeared to
work fine. Unfortunately a) MoinMoin had an upgrade with its usual need
for manual migration and b) the webserver didn't get restarted so was
still running the old version when I tested. So breakage was delayed
until after I was asleep.

I've should have known better: Moin and Roundup break on basically every
upgrade.
