I hate Hg extensions

But Scott just criticized me for trying other steps! When I ran into 
problems I experimented and tried the things that were logical based on 
past experience like running setup.py. I spent some time trying to 
figure out how to use setup.py correctly.

I still feel that instructions should be correct and clear especially 
when it is so easy to do so and so basic (we are talking about 
installation here, not kernel hacking). I think I am right to be upset 
when the developers don't bother to explain how to install the software. 
The fact that it is easy does not mean that I should be able to read 
minds. I don't have clairvoyance. I am a reasonably competent person who 
made an *honest* effort to install a plugin despite the lack of a simple 
instruction in the doc and I failed. Ok?
