The usual way—request (and pay for) one from a reputable CA, or create your own (I like this guide: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~brams006/selfsign.html).

I'm assuming that once you have the server side set up to allow pushing over https, getting MercurialEclipse to do so will require precisely zero extra work. I don't use it myself, though.
