I have been merging and bringing that patch forward on each release as
I love the functionality of being able to have a top level folder with
repos underneath it.  I just ran a diff against what is current today
(31ec4d7eb63f) and its attached.  I'm not sure of its present state
(how the code looks) but I can say that it still works the way I want
it to.
