Is TortoiseHg a Windows-only app?

TortoiseHg is a cross platform application.
On http://tortoisehg.bitbucket.org/download/index.html#linux
you will find links to several Linux packages.

If you run an other Linux flavor, you could also run TortoiseHg from source.
