Is TortoiseHg a Windows-only app?

I had to fight with apt-get a little because apt-get was adamant that
the only Mercurial in the repository was 1.4. I installed Mercurial
1.8 by hand a while ago, but of course apt-get didn't know about it. I
searched and found a PPA package for Mercurial and installed it using
the same instructions you gave for TortoiseHg and how TortoiseHg
installs.
I just tried thg for the first time and it looks great.
