tracking clone and pull

HI,
I am having mercurial installed and I am using hgweb.cgi on apache 2.2 to browse the repositories and for authentication too.
my question is : is there a way to track who cloned a specific repository and who pull from specific repo.
since i have all the users in htpasswd file.
