hg convert misses files

Yes, it was converted using cvs2hg.  Bummer.

I guess I'll have to do the conversion in some other way.  Perhaps
redo the cvs conversion (using hg convert instead of cvs2hg), and
manually add in any changes that were made after the last cvs version.
