Sorry, I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean that the pre-outgoing
command is only executed when the hg outgoing command is run, while
preoutgoing is also executed on pulls?
Is there any difference on the information the have access to (I'm
still thinking if there is a way to do what I want)?
