Windows ANSI as provided by the ANSI selection on Notepad :)
But basically 7bit character set characters only ... Unicode ready then!
My own 'equivalence' problem is the simply the variations on UPPER/LOWER
conversion, with the non-equivalence of some conversions. Just adds to the fun.
