Pulling from paths with fragments (#tag) broken between 1.7 and 1.9?

Please file this on http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/ when it wakes up 
again.

As a workaround you might be able to use
   \\myserver\Development\MyRepo -r Stage
if your system doesn't quote everything correctly.
