link changesets and issue#

Hi there,

I'm looking for a tool that is able to link changesets and issues. My 
final goal is to be able to get all the issues that have been fixed 
between two changesets. Thus something that walk the DAG, fetch for each 
changeset the corresponding issue reference and output the list of 
solved issues.

I can't believe that I'm the first man on earth ever needing something 
like that.

What are you using ?
