MQ: Ignore whitespace when applying patches

The most common reason for MQ patches failing to apply is that white space
has changed in the context (or lines to be removed), usually due to changes
in indentation.

Is there any way to tell MQ to ignore white space - particularly leading
white space - when deciding whether lines match?
