[OT] Don't use google groups?

I ended up subscribing to get all emails with my normal address, and
filter them to never hit my inbox. Somehow Google Groups doesn't send
me any digest emails to this address even when I tell it to, so I
eventually just subscribed again to the mailing list with
fritzophrenic+digest as suggested.

The filter in gmail was trickier than usual, I had to filter by
deliveredto:"fritzophrenic+digest at gmail.com". I thought I'd follow up
if anybody else tried going this route, it was rather annoying.
