I'm using the SVN binaries from here:

     http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32svn/files/

1.6.17 has binaries for Python 2.6.6 only,
but 1.7.4 has binaries for both 2.6.6 and 2.7.2.

Also, I can build Subvertpy binaries, if you need them.
