Yes, it does.  I've been running TortoiseHg from the source code on my 
computer with Python 2.7.2 for a while now, and I haven't had any 
problems.  It would be nice to move up to VC10, but I suppose we're stuck 
with VC9 until we're ready to migrate to Python 3.
