hg pull runs out of memory

One of our new servers runs a 64-bit version of Windows 2008, I just
realise. I even do have access to it, hmm...
Normal desktop systems here will probably not be updated to 64-bit
Windows for years to come though.

That's among the things I tried and it didn't help.
