Anyone know a good link for MQ Patches in TortoiseHG?

The guards work quite well, also. But figuring them out is a bit tricky, and there is little help available. If you read the hg help from the terminal, and pay close attention to the button and text labels, though, you can figure them out. Usage, of course, is another matter, but again, the hg help is sufficient.

Basically, you can do pretty much anything that you might want to do
with patches through the main repository "log" window, unless you are
a very advanced MQ user. I personally never use the queue pane and I
have never found a need to use it (I don't use guards, which may be
the reason why).
However you raise a good point. It makes sense for someone looking for
the MQ functionality to try to use the MQ panel, although to tell you
the truth it is kind of hidden on the view menu, which is just as good
IMHO.
Please try to use the functionality on the main log window and see if
there is something that you find lacking. I find it is quite easy to
use once you understand how patches work.
Cheers,
Angel
