[ANN] Mercurial 2.3 compatible projrc extension

Hi,

I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a new version of the
projrc extension that is compatible with mercurial 2.3. The previous
version was broken with the introduction of the localpeer class.

You can get the new version from the bitbucket repository
(http://bitbucket.org/aragost/projrc) and hopefully we will ship the
new version with the next version of TortoiseHg.
