problem http push

Hello,
       I have 2 PC on Windows, one has a repository principal in C:\Myrepo avec IP : 192.168.2.87 and the another's IP is 192.168.2.52
I did hg serve and hg clone http://192.168.2.87:8000 and it worked.
       I did some changes and try to push with  
              hg push http://192.168.2.87:8000//C:\Myrepo
       and i got this error: 
              abort error no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
How can i do?

I did the same via ssh on Ubuntu and it 's ok.
Is there any way to push/pull if 1 PC's Ubuntu and the other 's in Windows? via ssh or http ?

Sorry for my bad english, i tried to make it clear.
Any help would be appriciated.
