Converting from VSS to Mercurial

Hi

I am sorry if this is a reposting but it didn't look to have posted 
correctly the first time.

I am new to mercurial and in the midst of converting our present vss 
repositories to mercurial.  I have taken a copy of the vss repository and 
used vss2hg.pl to convert each project.

I am setting up a central location for everyone to pull a copy of the new 
mercurial repository from.  My issue is each user already has a project 
folder created and used on there system (old vss working directory).  Is 
there any way to clone or sync the repository into their present project 
folders?
