It is not possible to do in a generic way:
Bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/techtonik/python-wget/raw/tip/setup.py
Google: http://pyglet.googlecode.com/hg-history/tip/setup.py
HgWeb: http://selenic.com/repo/hg/raw-file/tip/setup.py
HgWeb forces file download (which is inconvenient IMHO) while other
hostings allow to view in browser.
