Need help with churn

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but can't find a better
guess. I'd like to know the churn grouped by each file in the project. I
know churn offers templates, presumably to do this, but the only example
I can find using a template is '{author|email}', which a) doesn't work
('email}'' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file), and b) is the default if you don't
specify any template.

Anyone here know how to create a churn template or what other fields can
be used besides '{author}'? I tried '{file}' and '{filename}', neither
of which worked (all changes were counted and grouped under null).
