Bookmaks moving backwards on pull?

Not that I know of. I've been slowly trying to incrementally improve
the documentation. I'd welcome help in that effort. The areas I've
been updating are:
-the README.md file in bitbucket: https://bitbucket.org/durin42/hg-git/src
-the in-app help after you've installed the extension
At the moment, you won't see my latest documentation changes unless
you're running the latest Hg-Git from the "next" bookmark, which
requires the not-yet-released Dulwich 0.8.6.
