Slow down the refresh frequency

Joe,

I don't know what's causing it, but the Tortoise folks might. I'd 
recommend talking with them. 

There *is* an option to monitor changes, so if the repo is changing 
'under' you, it might autorefresh? IDK, good luck. :-)
