CLI/cron syncing

Hi,

I would advise using ssh & ssh keys for maximum ease of use.

This should work, modulo you setting up the paths.  It also hardcodes 
which hg.

@hourly /usr/bin/hg push -R /path/to/repo 
ssh://username@server.com/path....
