hg push over https issue

Sorry if the question is not communicating the issue properly,

These are the details regarding the push issue.

I have a repository that is configured over hgweb https.

There is a python hook in the remote repository, that gets executed on every
push to the remote repository and traverses the incoming changesets and all
the set of diff code for its standard.

If this process takes more time, I encounter this error. If the set of files
are less then the push is successful.

This is all the details about my setup.

Hence the question is

Is there a provision to increase this waiting time and push ?
