French translation of the mercurial kickstarter

[Ithier de LESTRANGE]

Hi,

Two parts in once !

I have finished translating the tasks and subrepositories parts of the
guide in French. Like before (I know it was a long time before !), if
someone could read it over, before I pushed it to Martin Geisler
repository, it would be great.
