Some problems in the kickstart tutorial

Hi Martin,

Sorry to post this in the mailing list as it is mainly for Martin, author
of these great tutorial, but I think the answers can be useful to others.

In this mailing list Nicolas Pinault told me about errors in my french
translation of the tutorials. Some are corrections in my translation ,
which I can deal with, but some are problems in the tutorial itself and I
don't know what to do:

In the subrepositories part, in the 4th paragraph of the exercises, the
text in incomplete: "Go to main repositories. Use hg status to see that the
subrepository in the"

In the tasks part, the tortoise screenshots doesn't correspond to the text,
but I don't know if the text has to be corrected or the screenshots :

 * In the "Longer Term Branches" section, the last paragraph says : "and
you’ll notice that his issue-2 branch has shown up in red:" but the branch
is green

* In the "Merging default into a Branch" section, the text says "The final
changeset graph shows nicely how the default branch (in black) was merged
into the issue-2 branch (in red), before issue-2 was merged into
defaultagain:" but the default branch is in blue.

* In the "Grafting Changes" section, the text says " The result is two
parallel tracks of development, where the green stable branch always
contain a subset of the changesets on the black default branch." but the
stable branch is blue.

Also in the po file, there are strings about a vendor branch part but I
cannot find it on the website, am I missing something ?
