Another Mercurial - Bugzilla Extension Setup Question

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the Bugzilla extension for Mercurial. When I do a
commit, I don't see the Bugzilla hook being called.

Here's my hgrc file:

[extensions]
hgext.bugzilla =

[hooks]
incoming.bugzilla = python:hgext.bugzilla.hook

[bugzilla]
bzurl = http://bugs.ourcompany.com/
user=melissa.mann at ourcompany.com
password = password
version = xmlrpc
template=Changeset {node|short} in {root|basename}.
         {hgweb}/{webroot}/rev/{node|short}\n
         {desc}\n
regexp=Bug (?P<ids>\d+?)
strip=5

I change a file in my test repository, and run
hg commit -m "Bug 719 test."

Then I push the changes:
hg -v --debug push

pushing to /export/home/mmann/test2
searching for changes
common changesets up to 213d997ebcd8
calling hook preoutgoing.cdm_pbconfirm: hgext_cdm.pbconfirm
Are you sure you wish to push? [y/N]: y
1 changesets found
list of changesets:
694985ab25d87bf9e2803481338464ab1b33ef27
adding changesets
add changeset 694985ab25d8
adding manifests
adding file changes
adding mel.test revisions
added 1 changesets with 1 changes to 1 files
updating the branch cache

I don't see it call the bugzilla hook at all, and not surprisingly, the
comments aren't being written to Bug 719.

Can anyone shed some light on:

1. What I've set up incorrectly.
2. How I can better troubleshoot this. Is there a log that would show why
it's not calling the bugzilla hook?

Thanks in advance for your help!

- Melissa
