[GSoC 2013] Generic templating support

Hello,

I'm interested in creating generic templating support for Mercurial during
GSoC.

I'm student at first year of postgraduate studies in Informatics at Gdańsk
University of Technology and I'm skilled in Python, Java, C#, C++ and C. I
participated in GSoC last year and created Pygnetic library for Pygame.
