2.7 release for OS X

The person who was doing OS X builds for us has stopped doing so. I'm working on setting up OS X builds myself, but don't have it up and running yet.

In the meantime, it's pretty easy to build Mercurial to run in place (`make local`) or install to /usr/local (`make && sudo make install`). If you do that, you'll want to first remove the files that the .pkg version installed in /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages/.
