Uh oh, then this might be my fault. Can you see if installing
mercurial-devel gets rid of the error?
$ sudo port deactivate mercurial
$ sudo port install mercurial-devel
If that still has the error, then I'll need some help recreating the
issue. Such as, how can I change my language easily for mercurial? Some
environment variable?
