Backing out a bad merge after incorrect use of Transplant

Wow! Thankyou very much indeed, that's extremely helpful. 

Just to confirm, yes I did use the equivalent of the --merge option which is
where I messed up, I should not have used this. 

I'll take a look at the Graft command too.
