Changes to Convert extension page

Hi,

Would it be good to move the repository conversion instructions from the Convert extension page on the Hg wiki to a separate page? The page looks cluttered to me.

There's a Repository Conversion page that would probably be useful for this, but I'm thinking this page might be better renamed to "Repository Conversion Tools" since it talks about other VCS's that are not necessarily covered/supported by the Convert extension.

A link to this new page would then be provided on the Convert page.

I'd appreciate your thoughts on this proposed change.
