Script/tool to mirror HG repo into CVS

Hi,

I need a tool which takes mercurial repository and (incrementally)
creates updates CVS repository - pretty much like `hg convert` but
other way round.

I guess nothing ready exists, so I would have to hack up some tool
myself, but maybe there is something to start with.

Yes, I know that there are things that cannot be expressed in CVS, but 
I'm fine with compromises. I need that only as interim solution until I 
finally win the fight to kill CVS once for ever.
