Status of mercurial-server

Hi paul and all,

we (at Logilab) are using mercurial-server quite a lot, and we have
several small improvement that we use internally (mainly a new "publish"
access level for the draft->public phase transition). I guess we are lot
alone to have fixes/improvements to propose.

We would like these changesets to be included upstream, how should we
propose them? what is the status of the project? Should we create a
project on bitbucket to ease collaboration (ghee, sort of)?
