Missing files when using rebase and largefiles

I have encountered a problem when using both the rebase and largefiles
extension.  When I pull --rebase, the rebase appears to work fine but then
there are missing largefiles (any new ones that were created in the
revisions that were pulled).  I can't hg revert these files and then if I do
a naive commit in tortoiseHg or sourcetree it will mark those missing files
as deleted!

The only way I have worked out so far is to an hg update --clean to the head
revision that was pulled, and then to a regular hg update to the rebased
tip.  Then the files will be there.
