Mercurial on pypi?

Hi all,

It looks like the mercurial package on pypi is still at 3.0.1 from back in
June.

With the release of mercurial 3.1, would it be possible for whoever
maintains the pypi distribution channel to update the package?  I find it
convenient to "bootstrap" mercurial in environments that have pip and
python2, but no mercurial.
