As others have said TortoiseHg
But I'd add that rather than 'equivalent' I have used it as the
interface to git since THAT was forced on me. hggit + TortoiseHg work
transparently on Linux and Windows (and I understand OSX) which is
something gitx is only just catching up with, and I prefer the
TortoiseHg interface to github's for day to day work.
