hg branches -a incorrect in mercurial 3.1.1

Mercurial on the teamcity server is a client actually. The repositories are cloned from a remote mercurial server. So, TeamCity clones a mercurial repository with "--uncompressed".

But what I did not do is remove the cloned repositories after installation of mercurial 3.2.3 and reclone the repositories. Would that make any difference?

The bug is in the client so changing the server version is not expected to have an impact.
