Repository name not shown on Web

Hi !
I have problems with the web access to the repository - it's name is empty
on the website !  I'm using mercurial 2.9 and hgweb.cgi

hg debuginstall reports no errors.
OS: Linux Mint 16;    web server:apache

Would you be so kind to locate the problem - thank you.
