Is the book "Mercurial: The Definitive Guide" up to date?

It is quite old, but still serviceable.

Major things it's missing:

- named branches
- bookmarks
- revsets
- history editing beyond MQ

..but most of the book is still perfectly serviceable if you ignore its
advice about branching.
