cannot revert spammed page on wiki

Hello,

this page: http://mercurial.selenic.com/wiki/fncacheRepoFormat
is particularly resilient to spam deletion.

When I try to revert it, it says
Sorry, can not save page because ".ExtensibilityElementTemplateProvider."
is not allowed in this wiki
even if I remove the incriminated string from the text.

Who knows how to handle that?
