emacs-devel discussion about switching from bzr to git

Hi!

There's a very interesting (IMO) thread over on the emacs-devel mailing
list, started [1] by ESR, about switching emacs development from bzr to
git. All he has to say about Mercurial is "git won the mindshare war.  I
regret this - I would have preferred
Mercurial, but it too is not looking real healthy these days" -- without
further elaboration.

Mercurial crops up a few more times in this and ensuing threads, including
one titled [2] "Prefer Mercurial instead of git".

Just thought people here may be interested in following this, or maybe even
joining the fray, if anyone is in the mood for some mercurial evangelism...

I'm not an emacs dev, I just saw this over at slashdot [3] a couple of days
ago and have been following via the mailing list web archives / gmane.
