Context menu bug

Hi!

I struggle with some problem with TortoiseHg context menu on Windows 8 
x64. Namely, I have the Tortoise's menu in my context menu, but no 
option works - absolutely no action is performed. I've tried reinstall 
Tortoise, but problem is not solved. Honestly, I don't even know how to 
explain this issue better or give you some log file. If you need so, 
please give me an advice how fine anything you need to help me.
