Mercurial popularity is stagnant

The fact is that we are *forced* to use git because of the popularity of 
github. So, for me popularity doesn't mean that it's a choice. Better, 
because i use mercurial, when i'm forced to use git i don't know how to 
do it then i search help with google and make the "popularity" 
progress ! i never use google to find help for mercurial, so in this 
graph i'm on the git line...

To preserv mercurial, we should continue to improve compatibility with 
projects like hg-git.
